Pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo surprised fans with an intimate performance in Brooklyn, playing to around 1000 people at the Warsaw venue in Greenpoint. The show was announced on Thursday (August 6) at 10am, with tickets selling out within two hours.

Rodrigo's 15-song set heavily featured tracks from her new album, 'You Seem Pretty Sad For A Girl So In Love'. Four songs from the album – 'My Way', 'U + Me = <3', 'Maggots For Brains', and 'Expectations' – received their first public performances, excluding an unaired Austin City Limits taping.

Following the gig, Rodrigo launched her inaugural Bandcamp page. It currently offers 'Purple (Happy Version)', an alternative recording from her new album, available for $1.50. Proceeds from the track will be donated to the Daisy Chain Fields Fund.

The Daisy Chain Fields Fund is connected to Rodrigo's Daisy Chain Field festival, an all-women event scheduled for August 29 in Irvine, California. The festival line-up includes Chappell Roan, Bikini Kill, Doechii, Garbage, Stevie Nicks, and Karen O, with Rodrigo also set to perform.
