Property platform OneDome has launched a national television advertising campaign to increase awareness of its homebuying service across Britain. The campaign, which began on September 16, is expected to reach 7.6 million viewers and will continue until the end of October.
The first 30-second advert aired yesterday during Channel 4 News, with further appearances planned around programmes such as Amazing Spaces. This national rollout follows an eight-week regional TV campaign across the South of England, which ran during May, June, and July and reportedly reached three million viewers.
OneDome's HomeBuyer Service combines mortgage advice, conveyancing, a property survey, and buyer protection insurance. Customers also receive a Property Moving Assistant to act as a point of contact, with OneDome managing the process through its online platform. The service is priced at £999 and includes cover for up to £2,250 of eligible upfront costs if a transaction falls through.
Babek Ismayil, founder and CEO of OneDome, stated that the company built its platform because "the system should work around the buyer, not the other way around." Paul Troy, chief marketing officer, added that the campaign uses humour to highlight the fragmented nature of the homebuying process, contrasting the "Old Way" with OneDome's "New Way" proposition.
