  • The 'Pick Your Pair' deal offers two lighter main items for £4.99 (takeaway) or £5.99 (eat-in).

Pret A Manger has launched a new 'Pick Your Pair' lunch deal, available from today, 8 September 2026. Customers can choose two lighter main options for £4.99 for takeaway, or £5.99 if eating in.

The deal includes items such as half sandwiches, half baguettes, half flatbreads, side soups, side salads, and protein pots. For example, combining an Italian Prosciutto Half Baguette and a Butternut & Humous Side Salad, which would typically cost £8.50, is £4.99 with the new offer, representing a saving of £3.51.

The offer is available all day, every day, though soups are only available from 12pm onwards. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, including those for Club Pret subscribers. Matt Bresnahan, chief marketing officer at Pret, stated the deal aims to provide customers with taste, variety, and value for autumn, following a positive response to a summer trial.

Pret has also launched its autumn menu, which includes new warm ciabattas, additional soups, new pastries, and a new cookie range. New breakfast options, such as Banana Cinnamon Porridge, are also available.

What this means for you: You can purchase two lighter main items from Pret A Manger for £4.99 (takeaway) or £5.99 (eat-in) through the new 'Pick Your Pair' deal, but this offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
