Rogers Stewart has expanded its operations in Teesside by launching a self-employed 'Personal Agent' model. Steve McDonald, who previously managed the Rogers Stewart Stockton branch, will now work as a self-employed agent across Norton, Wynyard, Billingham, and Sedgefield, utilising the Reeds Rains brand and support.
McDonald has over 30 years of experience in estate agency, with eight and a half years spent with Reeds Rains. He stated his aim is to be a recommended local estate agent, providing a personal and flexible service as the sole point of contact for clients selling their homes.
In other developments, Moveli has expanded its network in the South West with the appointment of Exeter estate agent Emily Hall. Hall, who has more than 14 years of experience in property and sales, will focus on residential sales in Exeter and the surrounding areas.
Additionally, the Association for Rental Living (ARL) has appointed Richard Frudd as the new chair of its North East and Yorkshire Hub. Frudd, a senior planning director at Quod, succeeds Paul Beattie and brings over 25 years of experience in development projects. The Hub focuses on advocacy and promoting Build to Rent in the region.
