Sleaford Mods have announced they will headline a new 'Gig For Gaza' at London's Troxy. The event, scheduled for Saturday, October 24, will also feature performances from Baxter Dury, Joe Armon-Jones, and Sinead Ashiokai, with additional guests to be announced.
This one-off gig will donate all proceeds to Gaza Forever UK and Medical Aid for Palestinians. Tickets for the show are set to go on sale this Friday, September 11, at 9am BST.
The duo stated that "solidarity has to be more than a gesture, it has to be a useful contribution," noting that the show offers a chance for people to come together and help where needed. Previous 'Gigs For Gaza' events have raised over £55,000 for UNICEF's Gaza appeal.
