The portfolio offers a single buyer control over a substantial part of the village's hospitality infrastructure.
The sale includes the historic Saracens Head Inn, the 26-bedroom Royal Lodge Hotel, a dedicated wedding venue, and the four-bedroom Wye Rapids House. Also part of the deal are a 400-year-old bed and breakfast, a standalone holiday home, 4.1 acres of wooded gardens, and 52 additional letting bedrooms.
Spanning 6.7 acres of riverbank land, the package also features the primary visitor car parks serving the riverbank. Specialist agents Christie & Co are marketing the opportunity, describing it as a "once-in-a-generation" chance to acquire a key part of the popular tourist destination.
