Tottenham have agreed a deal to sign winger Savinho from Manchester City for an initial fee of £75m, with a further £10m in add-ons. Spurs have pursued the Brazilian forward for over a year and are also interested in signing Omar Marmoush from Manchester City.
Arsenal are exploring a move for Juventus forward Kenan Yildiz, 21, as manager Mikel Arteta aims to complete his transfer plans. The Turkey international is high on their list of targets for the left side of attack, a position Arteta has long identified as a priority.
The Gunners have also agreed to sign defender Ezri Konsa from Aston Villa for around £50m. Konsa, 28, is expected to undergo a medical today and could make his debut next week.
Elsewhere, Liverpool's £50m offer for Yankuba Minteh was rejected by Brighton, and Manchester United are ready to spend over £60m on Brighton's Carlos Baleba.
