Tottenham are currently in talks with Manchester City over a potential double deal to sign attacking duo Savinho and Omar Marmoush. Negotiations between the two clubs are reportedly progressing, though an agreement has not yet been reached.
Brazilian winger Savinho, 22, who joined City for £30m in 2024 from Troyes, is now reportedly considering leaving the club after being limited to just seven Premier League starts last season. Omar Marmoush, 27, a £59m signing from Frankfurt in 2025, managed eight goals in 36 appearances across all competitions last term despite reportedly falling out of favour under Pep Guardiola.
Spurs' interest in Savinho dates back to 2025. City's valuation for the pair is currently unclear, but the club is expected to seek a significant profit on both players. Tottenham are also reportedly interested in Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo, but it is uncertain if they could finance a deal for him alongside moves for Marmoush and Savinho.
Tottenham will begin their Premier League campaign away at Brentford on Saturday, while Manchester City will host Bournemouth on Sunday.
