England manager Thomas Tuchel has stated he did not discuss the independent commission's verdict on Manchester City's financial rule breaches with his players from the club. The verdict, which found City guilty of all charges related to breaches between 2009-10 and 2017-18, was confirmed on Tuesday.
Tuchel told BBC Radio 5 Live that he was focused on preparing the team for their Nations League match in Czechia and did not talk to the players about the issue. He added that he would not comment on it.
England captain Harry Kane said he only found out about the official verdict after the game. He stated that while it is a significant topic, the team's focus remains on England and their upcoming match against Croatia on Saturday.
