Nscale, a British AI infrastructure company established two years ago, has indicated it may go public as early as later this month. Ahead of this anticipated initial public offering (IPO), the company is reportedly in talks to secure an additional $3.5 billion in financing.
Reports on Friday suggest Nscale is looking to sell $1.5 billion in convertible notes to investors and is also seeking $2 billion in financing from Nvidia. Nvidia previously participated in Nscale's $1.1 billion Series B funding round in March, which was led by investment fund Aker.
The company recently signed a deal with Anthropic valued at approximately $45 billion. Following this agreement, Nscale has reportedly informed potential investors of projected revenue of around $103 billion, a figure based on signed customer leases rather than current sales.
