British trio FLO has released their second album, 'Therapy At The Club', on August 7, 2026. The album marks a notable shift in their sound, with the group venturing into more pop-forward territory.
The album sees a reduced involvement from MNEK, who previously co-wrote and co-produced much of their debut. Instead, FLO has collaborated with a range of new producers and songwriters, including Julian Bunetta, Steph Jones, and Amy Allen.
While the album still features R&B tracks, it also includes pop-oriented songs such as 'Leak It', 'Touché', 'Remedied', and 'Haterbooth'. The album's structure loosely tells a story about a night out.
