Galatasaray have launched a 45m euros (£38.4m) bid for Arsenal's 25-year-old Brazil forward Gabriel Martinelli. The Gunners have received the offer for the attacker.
In other transfer news, Arsenal are reportedly open to selling Spain midfielder Martin Zubimendi, 27, for at least £77m. Chelsea are considered a strong contender to sign the player.
Elsewhere, Newcastle are pressing ahead with talks to sign 23-year-old Bosnia and Herzegovina international Amar Dedic from Benfica, who is valued at around £25m. Aston Villa have also held discussions with West Ham regarding a potential move for right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka, 28, who is valued at £25m.
Hull City are confident of finalising a deal for Augsburg midfielder Mert Komur despite a rejected £10.2m bid. They are also close to completing a permanent deal to re-sign Joe Gelhardt from Leeds.
Aston Villa have offered Bayern Munich a loan deal with an option to buy Portugal midfielder Joao Palhinha, 31, though a permanent transfer is the German club's preference. Newcastle midfielder Joe Willock, 26, is reportedly open to joining Besiktas in a deal potentially worth 20m euros (£17m).
Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba, 22, is a target for Newcastle as they look to replace Bruno Guimaraes and Sandro Tonali. Ipswich are also set to complete the signing of 20-year-old Abdoul Ouattara from Strasbourg.
