Tickets for Glastonbury Festival 2027 sold out in just 42 minutes today, 4 October 2026, according to organisers. Thousands of people joined the online queue at 09:00 BST hoping to secure a spot at Worthy Farm in Somerset.
Organisers confirmed last month that tickets for the festival, which runs from 23 to 27 June after a fallow year, were at their highest price ever. Each ticket costs £408, including a £5 booking fee, marking an increase of £29.50 from the last event in 2025.
Glastonbury posted on Instagram shortly after 09:40 to announce the sell-out, apologising to those who missed out due to demand exceeding supply. Headliners for the 2027 festival have not yet been announced, though organiser Emily Eavis previously stated the team was "very excited" and that things were "coming together really well."
The first round of tickets, which included coach packages, went on sale on Thursday and sold out in under half an hour. A resale of any cancelled or returned tickets is scheduled for Spring 2027.
