Among the distinguished names receiving top honours are Dame Helen Mirren and Sir Donald McCullin, both appointed Members of the Order of the Companion of Honour. Professor Parveen Kumar has been awarded a Dame Grand Cross of the Order of the British Empire for her extensive services to Global Medical Education and Health. Other notable recipients include Charlotte Tilbury, who receives a CBE for her contributions to the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry, and Julius O’Riordan, known as Judge Jules, awarded an MBE for services to Music, Entertainment Law, and Young People.
This year's list also showcases remarkable age diversity. At 101 years old, Pauline Hough is the oldest recipient, earning a BEM for her services to theatre and the community in Nantwich. Conversely, the youngest recipient is 20-year-old Lioness Michelle Agyemang, who receives an MBE for services to Association Football, alongside teammates Jess Carter, Hannah Hampton, Lauren James, Chloe Kelly, and Alessia Russo.
