Kneehigh's production of 'Tristan & Yseult', a take on the medieval legend, is currently being staged at the Theatre Royal Bath. The play, adapted and directed by Emma Rice, first premiered in 2003 in Cornwall and later returned for a 10th-anniversary run.

The current staging features Edward Rowe as King Mark, Nandi Bhebhe as Yseult, and John Leader as Tristan. The production is described as a mix of circus, cabaret, comedy, and tragedy, accompanied by a live band with compositions by Stu Barker, alongside music from Wagner, Nick Cave, and Roy Orbison.

The cast also includes Tom Fox as Brangian and Matthew Churcher as Frocin. The play's writers are Carl Grose and Anna Maria Murphy.
