The highly anticipated Old Firm derby is scheduled for Sunday, 13 September, as Rangers prepare to host Celtic in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-finals. The lunchtime kick-off at noon will be the final match of the last-eight stage.

The quarter-finals commence on Friday evening, 11 September, with Hearts travelling to face Stenhousemuir. Saturday's fixtures will see Ross County take on Hibernian in Dingwall, followed by Kilmarnock meeting Aberdeen at Rugby Park.

Last season, Celtic emerged victorious against Rangers in a penalty shoot-out during the League Cup semi-finals, though they subsequently lost in the final to St Mirren. The rivals also met in the Scottish Cup last term, with Celtic again prevailing on penalties after a 0-0 draw at Ibrox.
