Propertymark has announced a partnership with property data platform Propalt, offering estate agents free basic material information reports. This access is granted when agents generate a referral through Propertymark's Connect platform.
Propertymark Connect is a free service for members, enabling agents to refer clients to other Propertymark professionals and receive leads. More than 2,000 agents are currently signed up to the platform.
The basic Propalt material information reports combine property information with local market data. These reports can include details on property characteristics, construction, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), planning, and property history, as well as local market performance and estimated property values.
Kieran Slinger, co-founder of Propalt, stated that the partnership provides agents with a simpler way to utilise property intelligence. Jason Lee, head of commercial at Propertymark, added that the collaboration with Propalt enhances the value of Propertymark Connect for members.
